SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will have a $10 flat fee for shipping. In rare cases, we may ask you to purchase additional shipping if you are purchasing larger or heavier items. (i.e. custom trunk)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of an error on our part. Once we have received official gender results by your method of choice for communication, we are not responsible for any items received with the incorrect genders once items have been personalized.

We will ensure the infant's name(s) are spelled correctly during our consultation. If you receive an item with incorrect spelling due to our mistake, we will send you a new replacement item with free shipping.
